Booking:

Please notify us of any booking changes at least 14 days prior to the experience date. We'd be happy to change the experience date for you if needed, just contact us on [email protected] or 01522 523 548.

If you or your recipient miss the experience and have not contacted prior to the 14-day window, unfortunately, you will forfeit your booking and the experience fee. We want to avoid this, so please let us know if any changes are needed.
