We take this bean through a long, slow roast, resulting in one of our darkest coffees. The oils inside the bean are pushed to the surface, and the sugars begin to caramelise and burn, bringing out an intense flavour with a heavy body to back it up. Continental roast coffee is perfect as an after-dinner treat.
